We apologize for the lack of communicationDue to a life threatening illness the owner had to be away to take care of his wife as she has been diagnosed with a brain tumorThe owners wife was the company secretaryThis happened so quickly that there was no chance to put a plan into effect for proper communication between the customers and the businessA system is currently being implemented to make the lines of communication betterAs for the system failure we are working with the manufacturer of the equipment to make all repairsWe have had to remove the distributor from the equation as they are not helping this issue what so everBasically the distributor no longer wishes to help because P.J.'s not longer purchases equipment from themThe distributor had made this process drag on much to longAt this point the repair parts are in transit to us and once the arrive we will call to schedule a appointment to make the repairAs for the warranty , we are going through the process to cover the parts for years
