PJ's Perfume Depot

on 3/**/16, I purchased a bottle of DonnKaran Cashmere Mist for $59.88. I gave as a birthday gift, the receiver opened the box and sampled the Toilette Water, the scent was so watered down,you could hardly smell it. I went back to PJs perfume depot where I purchased it. They refused to return it as the box was opened. I have never heard anything so stupid. I later found ou that PJs Perfume is known for watered down perfumes. Is there anything I can do?
