I placed an order for items; I continually checked and it said "order pending review" - I emailed them a week later to ask for a status update and received no responseI called them weeks after my order, and spoke to someone who was incredibly rudeHe said my order was canceled b/c the credit card was denied - even though I received a notification that it was authorized for the paymentNo one called to tell me my order was canceledI am very worried this company now has my credit card information, though the "customer service" person said they don't have it storedIncredibly frustrating experience and a HUGE waste of time

2) The buyer requested to cancel and money back the order on July after receiving the confirmation emailThe order was shipped on June with the shipping confirmation email and the *** tracking

We needed to stop the transit before issuing the refundWe got the package that was sent back on July Actually the buyer should pay the original shipping cost, the return cost and the restocking fee
However we issued the full refund without charging the cost on July

It has been posted "Standard (US only, 3-business days)" on the shipping option and also "The delivery terms depends on destinations and no time guaranteed delivery." on the customer service page

I ordered items on ***.com on 12/13/(Order number # WPB-***) I sent them several emails concerning my order delivery date and never received a responsePlease assist me getting my items delivered or refunded by solving this matter as soon as possibleThank you

I placed an order for pressing comb I recieved it right away...When I finally opened the package it was not what I wanted but no fault of theirsso I called ***.com and told the guy hey I ordered the wrong pressing comb and I proceeded to ask him can I send it back it would be an even exchange since both are the same price..he tells me no, then ask me is the packaging damaged I said no its still in the box...When I placed my eyes on it I knew it was the wrong thing so there was no need for me to open it..he continued to tell me no send it back and he would have to inspect the package to see if I used it and if so there would be a restocking fee and maybe a refund but I needed to place a new order in the mean time! I HATE TO BE TREATED LIKE IM STUPID THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUISNESS!

I placed an order with this company on February and there was an item backordered when I received my orderWell after contacting the person several times to let him know about the back order item which is why I ordered from this company in the first place he promised to send out the itemI never received the item and every time contact the person answering the phone he hangs up in my face or leaves me on hold and never comes back to the phone
