Reached out to *** *** yesterday 02/05/around 4:00pm-5:00pm. Had a minute discussion about the issue and directly asked what do we have to do to resolve this issue in regards to his blown short blockTold him I would get some pricing put together for the repairs and be back in
contact with him within hours. Cost of repairs were emailed to me this morning, tried calling *** right away and left a voicemail.I'll be emailing him shortly in regards to the price of the repair and will cooperate on the repair cost.As soon as both parties decide on resolution, I'll reach back out Revdex.com with update/resolution.Sorry for the inconvenience

The purchase and financing of the warranty was between customer and BuncoThe
customer has not provided us with paperwork showing she paid for this warranty and we haven't received any payments from Bunco
This transaction is just like a customer purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and financing the purchase with a bankIf the customer has questions about the product agreement it's between the customer and the bank
The customer defaulted on the agreement with Bunco and therefore the warranty was cancelledThe customer has been asked several times to provide proof of payment so we can help resolve this issueTo date the customer has been unwilling to provide any documents that have been requested
If the customer can provide documentation that the warranty has been paid we will be more than happy to resolve this

On 04/27/we received Nathan *** Revdex.com complaint As soon as complaint was received, action was taken immediately to get this situated resolved Mid City Subaru cancelled contract on 03/28/and check for reimbursement was issued to James *** in the amount of $
on 04/29/ Check will be FedEx with tracking# on 05/06/with signature required @ time of delivery. Very sorry for the inconvenience we may have caused our customer. If anything else is needed on my end, please advise! Thanks, Joseph ***

To whom it may concern: First and foremost, I’m very sorry *** feels the way she does During negotiation, I personally had given *** more money for her trathan originally offered to try and get them to their budgeted paymentAlso beat their credit union’s interest rate, and
even took money off the selling price of our vehicle just to try and help After doing all we could, we still couldn’t come to an agreement on the numbers We were @ $385.xx & she agreed to buy at $373.xx I know it’s only $dollars but we were all in and to the point to where I told them that was the best I could do*** then got up from the desk and asked for her trakeys While trying to retrieve her keys, I was sitting at my desk in my office and she’d asked if she could have another word with me No problem, I meet her outside my office and she explained to me how much her son really wanted the vehicle but couldn’t afford the extra $a monthIn a kind fashion, I literally said “If he can’t afford the $a month, he probably shouldn’t be purchasing this vehicle” She I guess took that offensive and in no way, shape, or form did I try to offend her Again, I’m sorry that she feels the way she does At this point per ***’s request, I have deactivated her in our database and will make sure no from Mid CIty Subaru attempts to contact her.
