My order was delivered to another address (postman's fault, address was correct) and that person brought it over to meI emailed them to let them know I had gotten it and Peter at The Dove Store emailed me back thanking me for letting them knowMy point is they went above and beyond in letting me know what they could /would do and this again, was on Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas Excellent customer support!
