work on my Sun Room and patio in the back I've found the owner to be very personable and
he's done a very professional job on all my projects Over these years, I've recommended him
to many neighbors and friends I'm also sure that if I find any more projects to be done, I'll call

On March 16, 2017, PKS was hired to install a kick-plate, rescreen lanai, and install a new screen door The work was "completed" 3/20/and paid in full, including a tip While cleaning the carpet, I noticed that two panels had not been caulked and that the screen door latch did not work Called Paul, owner, and he responded that he would be out to finish end of weekNo show For two months, I have been calling and leaving voice messages, with no response from the owner I have been left with an unfinished project that was fully paid in good faith
PKS has just finished rescreening our pool enclosure, and it almost looks as good as it was when installed new years ago, which is absolutely fantastic! We're very pleased with the quality of work! Paul and his crew's attention to detail was comforting and relieved us of any stress I'd highly recommend PKS to anyone who's considering rescreening their enclosure

Paul Sand his crew at PKS Aluminum & Rescreening were very professional and competent when they installed a new pool screen enclosure at my homeThey completed this work by the date specifiedThe completed work looks great!
If,Paul shows up, his work is fine, BUT he rarely returns phone calls, and never shows up when he says he is coming He quoted me a job over months ago; did half the job and has not returned to finish the work, sinceI wish I had not paid him for the half work he startedOther neighbors say they had the same problem with him Rarely answers phone calls or text Therefore I do not recommend him and have advised the HOA to beware of this company
This was a great experience with contractors Paul went out of his was to be sure to come on my day off from my job The crew arrived on time and was polite The job was superb! My pool screening looks like new - new hardware, new screening and new screws where old ones had broken off And to top it off, they cleaned up as if they were never there! I look forward to having this company do other projects for us in the future

The owner Paul works with his crew on each projectHe meet the agreed upon time schedule and kept a clean safe work siteHighly recommend Paul & Company! ***
We just had our entire enclosure replaced after Irma took it down PKS removed the old aluminum and screen for me and put up a beautiful new bigger enclosure I have worked with them in the past and would highly recommend their service

I had part of a screened porch rescreened by PKS The work came with a year warranty After leaving a message and not getting a return call, I called more times, no answer The 4th time I called a man answers by saying hello I have to ask if I have PKS I explained my need to get previous work under warranty re done and possible do additional work He was very argumentative and became offensive when I advised him another company told me PKS had installed my screen improperlyHence why it was coming apart After more conversation, I moved on with another company If a business cannot answer the phone in a professional manner, return phone calls in a timely fashion and do the work properly I will not do business with them
