rejecting this response because: The issue here is that Prymaxe declared a false value for the item on the customs declaration. They provided false information and filled out the declaration incorrectly, which is NOT the customer's responsibility, it is Prymaxe's. Customs provided a note inside the package stating that the form was filled out falsely and that I should notify the shipper. I contacted Prymaxe's customer service to request a return so that I could reclaim the fees from customs (not from Prymaxe, all they had to do was let me do a simple return) because customs requires a proof of return to refund the fees. Prymaxe gave me the same "not our responsibility" response as they provided here. It's a shame they'd rather leave their customers hanging than do a simple return.
