deposit was finally received, we ran this job as a rush/four week expedited schedule (rather than the standard eight to ten weeks) to help make the customer happy. The job is scheduled to ship the week of 8/21/16. We, as the manufacturer, adhered to our standard policy and did everything possible on our end. We are not at fault. The complaint should be with the dealer only.

residence is in Rockville, MD. and we are located in Schaefferstown, Pa. I explained that because of the distance we would have to schecdule a third trip when I had someone in the Rockville area. My installers will be in Washington DC the week of March 27th. We intend to visit th client sometime that week. The client knew of the logistics when they asked us to install there cabinets. They were responsible for our installers hotel rooms and travel on the original contract. They have not paid for our last trips hotel room, which has nothing to do with the current issue.
