Plain Ol Trailers

If I could give these people zero stars and write a review I would. By far the worst experience in my life with these people and this shoty company. Went yesterday to pick up a trailer we ordered 3 weeks ago. Ordered an 18 x 8.5 foot trailer. 6 hours there and back. When we got there to pick up the trailer the d rings were placed incorrectly. The manager and I say that lightly Candace Spivey refused to have the d rings moved, she refused to let us leave that trailer and order a new one. She stated the d rings were placed in the standard place and could not be moved. My husband thought it would be easy just to move them himself so he took the trailer. I told him to leave it but if we left it they would have taken our 50% deposit. Once home my husband gets under the trailer to see what he needs to do and finds there aren't even any metal plates holding the d rings in place! Literally attached to the plywood. We called and tried to get this fixed and Candace Spivey and her boss both stated they wouldn't do s[censore]. I have called the BBB and to my surprise this company has an array of complaints against them for crap work! I am awaiting a call back from my attorney and the city of Pearson codes dept. All they had to do was fix the trailer but they were rude, crude and basically gave me the finger through the phone. Don't buy from these people ! They are crooks!

I am very very disappointed by this company, it really has been a nightmare, before ordering from this company please ready this I was looking for a enclosed trailer, I found this company online, at the beginning the pick up the phone right away and was able to talk to them about all my needs, and why I needed this costume trailerAfter several emails, I purchase the trailer, I send the deposit and got the money order how they recommend"Bad idea, I should have done it with a credit cardI order a 20by7, 7,axlesWhen I got there everything was fine I discover that this company, it is not located at this location, this is the manufacture and they are just a online dealer"That was a red flag" after a quick walk around the trailer, I gave them the money, left when I got home that is when the problems startedI notice that they install a axel that was too small for my trailerIt looks like they built a trailer for a 3k axles and added a 7k axel on itBut did not upgrade the trailer for the large axels They install smaller axles,the should have added wider axle Tires a rubbing on the metal The trailer is not even Water leaks 5.welding wires all over the axles Even got a flat tire because they are rubbing so much So, what happened, I call them to ask the to fix it, well now they will not answer the calls, after several and several multiple calls throughout the entire week they finally answer I explain to them the situation I also send them pictures they told me that is fine bring it up here to the factory in Georgia and They will fix it on the weekends The owner told me I will fix the trailers on the weekends, well that was a lie because he does not own the factory he's only a dealer He also lives near Miami Florida and not in GeorgiaSo we all know he was not going to be there I told the owner listen I live in Florida driving to Georgia is really far, so please I would like to make sure that my trailer is fixed correctlyI drove to Georgia trusting him after leaving the trailer there for almost a week I'll call back, now they're telling me that the trailer is fixed to my surprise, I go back to Georgia to pick up this trailer and now I found my trailer same as I left it even with the flat tire and the manufacture refusing to fix anything of his mistakes on the trailer, tell me that even though they know that they screw up the trailer it is not their problem to fix it because I already gave them the money and that they will not fix it to get with the dealer because the manufacture will not take responsibility form him building that trailer It doesn't take much common sense to know that the biggest problem in the trailer was that the manufacture pick shorter axles instead of getting wider axlesSo the manufacture refuse to do anything to fix his mistake, now this specific company tells me we can fix the situation, you have to buy a second trailer from us at a discounted price so now I will have to purchase two trailers when I only want to purchase one And expand extra $on the newer trailerNow both company south Georgia cargo and this company agreed that they both screwup but none of them would like to take responsibility to fix my trailer now, all I have is a $scrap metal at my homeboth company south Georgia cargo in this company agree that they both screw up but none of them would like to take your responsibility to fix my trailer now all I have is a $scrap metal my home that now I will have to spend an extra $to put new axles on this trailer to at least make it workI have emails and text messages from the owner of this Company telling me that they know that the trailer is no good and That I can use it, but I cannot add any weight on the trailerI could go on and on and on about this companyBut I asked everyone to please do not purchase anything from this company because there will not back up there warranty and you will be stuck with a [redacted] trailer especially if you do not live in Georgia

Arrived to pick up my trailer and were treated by everyone we talked to like we were bothering themNumerous major issues involving structural, safety and quality were noticed immediatelyWhen we tried to talk about the issues, the plant manager told us to "just leave it" if we weren't happyAnother manager refused to deal with the issues DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My father bought a trailer from these people, they apparently put cheap tires on their trailers because he did not have the trailer long at all and it had a blowout and was supposed to be covered under warranty. My parents contacted them about the warranty and they basically took their time to reply and after submitting pictures and all their demands they want to dump my folks off to the tire company they chose to deal with. It should be under their warranty and these people need to be the ones dealing with the tire company because they chose to use faulty tires not my parents. If they refuse to replace the damaged tire, the campaign to expose their shady business tactics is just getting started.
