Review: The company has not fulfilled an order made and paid for in October 2012, nor has it personally responded to my emailed requests for information, refund and/or delivery.Desired Settlement: We would like either a refund or a delivery of our product (child's dress and cap).
Review: In October 18th 2012 I ordered a night shirt from Plainly Dressed using the internet. The same day I got an email confirming the order. Reference Number: [redacted]. I paid $105.00. To date I have not received any communication or the nightshirt from Plainly Dressed. I have emailed Plainly Dressed twice. I received a computer generated standard acknowledge email on 4th February 2012. I wrote to Plainly Dressed on 25th March 2013 and mailed the letter by air mail. I asked them to advise when I was likely to receive my nightshirt or if I could have a full refund. To date I have heard nothing from Plainly Dressed.Desired Settlement: I would be grateful if Plainly Dressed can either (a) send me the nightshirt I ordered in October 2012 or (b) provide me with a full refund.
Review: I ordered a hat, shirt, and suspenders in October of 2012 and still have not recived the item that I paid for. I sent a follow up email in December of 2012 and had no response to the email and I've made many attempts by phone.Desired Settlement: I would like the items I ordered or I would like my $99.00 back.

Review: I purchased a men's hat on 8/8/13. I have never received the product. It is impossible to reach anyone in person at this business. There is no phone number, only e-mail. Every e-mail sent generates a return e-mail saying they will contact me within 2 weeks. I have NEVER heard from anyone other than those blow-you-off e-mails. It has now been 1 year. Where is my product or refund??Desired Settlement: I would have liked to have the product I originally ordered, but I think a full refund is now in order. It is obvious that this company in not legit, I am afraid their products will not be either. Since it is impossible to contact this company, I would not want to chance a faulty product return!!
