I purchased a 2010 Dodge Journey Jan 24th 2015.I have had all kinds of problems with car. It has been to the shop more times than it has been in my driveway. I have all emails stating each problem. Not only has that been a big problem. They require payment every two weeks which is fine. My problem with that is My payment was due April 25th and was made that day. All payments have been on time not late Thursday April 29th. I get in the car around 6pm. and it would not start, Thinking something else was wrong with the car, I chat on their website and someone finally returns my call stating the car was shut off for a non payment mistake. Mind you my bank shows the payment to of cleared the bank. So I tell them its not possible the payment is there, they blame it on a cell tower problem, well I think everyone knows if the cell tower is not working payment doesn't go through debit/credit card machine. the payment has been posted for 4 days before car was shut off. I canceled insurance on April 30th and will not be responsible for the car any longer. So I tell them to just come get the car I have had enough, so I want it noted that it is a voluntary repo, so as not to go against my credit as they say it will. I feel the way they have handled this is totally unprofessional. I asked for some type of refund and was told its not going to happen.
