clean carfaxThat vehicle was presented to *** *** with the CarfaxBeing a mechanic himself he check the vehicle thoroughlyHe was satisfied with the vehicleWe did not hear any complaint from *** *** till November where he stated that the car was in an accidentI advised him that we both read the carfax and the vehicle was not in an accidentHe then told us that his vehicle would not be cover under warrantyI told him I need to research the situation, and after reviewing the vehicle history report, we have determine that the accident he is trying to hold us responsible for happened under his ownership and reported to carfax on 11/**/He took delivery of his vehicle on 07/** /We at White Plains Lincoln Take Pride in our customer satisfactionWe have proven to *** *** that we will take full responsibility if we are at fault for anything its just the way we do business

Im reponding in reference to the finding from the sevice station I was send by white plains lincoln I didnt get in to a car accident the complaint is about the transmission issues I been having with the vehicle attach is proof of the complaint, in other words I was not disclose the service history done to the vehicleThe vehicle had previous transmission damage, thats my argument hereTheysold me a car that had prvious damage.look in to the prove I attached any questions im here to answerVery respectfully *** ***
