have been in contact with them, several times in fact, and explained each time that communication should be done via email or through the Revdex.com. The essence of my complaint is the fact that what was said, was not done. I am skeptical to attempt and resolve this through a phone call, where once again I put myself at risk of trusting what is said. I strongly feel that communication must be done in a way where a written record is formed, therefore assuring follow through. I have expressed this many times and have yet to hear anything in regards to a resolution. Thank you, John Haber

I just got office with Chris and...

he was very  sarcastic because he kept bring up the fact that I'm making a big deal over $300.00. He also stated that they have better things to do then to hold my money. I am also going to put in a full complaint with the corporate office of Honda

determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]I talked to [redacted] from White Plains Honda and am notaccepting their response. In Closed-End Vehicle Lease Agreement form, the value of thevehicle is $34,722.00 (MSRP is $29,525)Before I trade-in into another car, 28 month left on CR-Vand left leasing total was $27,888.00. I paid $581.16 per month for 20 monthwhich is the total $11,623.20. Paid for 20 month is $11,623.20 and left 28 month is$27,888.00 so the total monthly payment is $39,511.20 if I paid for 47 monthbut in Lease Agreement said total monthly payment is $27,895.68. Monthlypayment of $39,511.20 ($11,623.20 + $27,888) plus down payment $6,821.19, the car value $46,332.39which is $11,610.39 over than the actual car value. However, after 20 month payment of $581.16, total due at endwas $34,135.71 and after 47 month pay off amount is $29,647.87.  White Plains Honda said the amount difference is because ofthe interest, but I don’t think interest is way over higher than cancelling theterm before it ends.

professionally discuss the complaint and by them cutting me a check to deal with some of the charges I incurred after returning the vehicle. I am still upset by the shadiness of the salesperson, lack of discussion about the fees related to returning the vehicle, etc. I would never return to this dealership but feel like this is the best I could do and that at least the manager made an effort to explain things and resolve the issue- [redacted]
