My son *** *** had braces put on by Premier Dental Group August of The braces were to be removed August of I moved from Indiana to Arizona in August Prior to moving I went to their office picked up an x ray in June or July and checked for any outstanding balanceI was told by the person at the front desk that there would not be any balanced ownedNow months later I receive a non-itemized bill for *** dated March 6, marked pay immediately with capital letters and an exclamation pointUpon my arrival to Arizona I made an appointed with Dunn Orthodontics for what I thought would be the removal of my son *** *** bracesUnfortunately that was not the case because Premier Dental Group failed to pull a baby tooth that was on the bottom right.The orthodontist at Premier Dental just kept saying it would come and would tell my son *** to pull it out himselfSo this caused
