Take your car here only if you want to shell out wads of cash to greedy peopleThe price quotes for repair are always on track with dealer pricing, often more! I recently had my vehicle here to check on an issueThey wanted $to diagnose the problem, then another $to fix the problemNeedles to say, the BMW dealership quoted me less on this repairTook the car to BMW, all to find out that wasn't even the problem!! Good thing I didn't hand my hard earned cash over to Pampered Auto!!!!
Another thing I didn't particularly appreciate, was that I had a coupon for $off of $I figured I would ask if I could use this coupon (especially since they didn't even do any repairs for me) The lady, Amela, said NOMy bill was over $100, and she still wouldn't accept this couponRIDICULOUS Especially since the issue was MISDIAGNOSED!!!! I tried to speak to the owner of the shop, but I got the line "He is out of the country, and we don't know when he will be back."
Additionally, the previous time I visited this establishment, this woman gave me a hard time about using a loaner car (even though they were going to be keeping my car for several days.) She was so difficult about it even though they advertise this loaner car to customers! At this time I had my power steering line replaced, but it ended up leaking after they replaced it anyways!
Needless to say, they lost my business, and I will gladly warn others of "Pampered
