I went through the program a few years ago. It went fine. I was able to work directly with my consultant to eliminate my credit card debt. However, the process does take about 18 months and they kind of lead you to believe it takes 12 months. Not a big deal though. All in all was a great service at a time in my life when I needed it the most.
