I have also used the Google removal tool that Ms. [redacted] suggested, used the reporting feature, created copyright infringement reports over my business name, and reported malware incidents for the links that McAfee indicated were infected. None of these things worked and it is up to Craft Resumes to get a hold of the web hosting provider and/or third party company and have them remove all of the listings that contain all or part of my business name.
