On February 10, 2015, [redacted] placed an order online @....or 30 HUGGIES Pure & Natural Diapers Size 5 ($1.21/each) for total of $47.29, including $10.99 shipping. We recognized there was an issue immediately with the number of phone calls questioning if we were actually selling packs of...

these diapers for that low amount. Obviously we were not and explained to customers we spoke with. Most if not all realized there was a mistake and immediately cancelled their orders. We suddenly realized there was some type of advertisement that displayed the incorrect pricing and/or content but we never placed the ad.

Apparently, there was a miscommunication email and/or post from outside our company through a "mom's blog" that informed customers online that that we were selling Jumbo Packs of diapers for $1.21 each. The truth is we only carry these particular diapers on a per individual and/or each basis and not a jumbo pack. The supposed advertisement submitted by this customer shows the "per each" in the Add To Cart field and the description of the product did mention Jumbo Pack. The image & description, obtained directly from the manufacturer, was somewhat misleading (we admit) and has since been updated. Once we discovered the error in the description we promptly updated and added a disclosure within the description to inform customers these diapers were sold individually and not as a Jumbo Pack. It is the customer's responsibility to review our terms and conditions prior to purchasing on our web site. Please refer to sections regarding "CONTENT" and "PRICES and/or ORDERS" @ ...

At the time on February 10, 2015, we were unable to locate where the source of miscommunication or “rogue advertisement” came from and unable to honor this advertisement we neither placed, nor more importantly able to fulfill all the orders received. Our APOLOGIES for this and the inconvenience caused. As a result, we had no choice but to cancel over 100+ orders (including [redacted]'s) and promptly voided the authorization / charge to her PayPal account at 2:18pm ET. No funds were ever captured from [redacted]'s account so there is no money to refund. We notified [redacted] on February 11th of her order cancellation and reiterated the reason why.

Of note, [redacted] and husband [redacted] (?) contacted us multiple times via email and voice mail to request that we cancel their order # 2[redacted]70. Specifically, here are the times and medium these cancellation requests were made on February 10th:
Request via e-mail to cancel order due to "mistake in ordering - do not want the diapers" @ 1:05pm ET
Request via e-mail to cancel order due to "mistake...please cancel the order" @ 1:05pm ET
Request via voice-mail to cancel order due to "mistake...please cancel order" @ 1:15pm ET
Request via e-mail to cancel order ASAP due to "cancel the order just made" @ 1:52pm ET
Request via e-mail to cancel order placed today due to "mismatch of confirmation email to what she thought purchased"...cancel order placed today. Does not want individual diapers so please cancel order" @ 1:54pm ET
Request via e-mail to cancel order # 201002470 ASAP and then demanded to receive the 30-packs of diapers per pack as advertised @ 2:21pm ET [Note: No advertisement ever placed for packs off diapers for $1.21]
Request via e-mail (from husband [redacted]?) stating we misrepresented our product with threat to file complaint with Revdex.com. He wanted order cancelled or 30 packs of diapers that he bought" @ 2:28pm ET
So you can see even the customer [redacted] / [redacted] realized there was a mistake made when ordering and promptly notified us to cancel their order ASAP which we did.

Unfortunately, we will have to decline their desired settlement for 30 packs of diapers. However, in an effort of good faith we will be happy to issue a store credit ([redacted]s) for $25 plus free shipping ($40 value) to use for any product on our web site. Not exactly what the [redacted]'s were looking for but hoping this helps a little.

I purchased a [redacted] Bird Cage on their Website - total price was $288.96 including free shipping. They accepted my payment, charged my Credit Card, confirmed my order was being processed and sent me a receipt. When I tried to login back to the website, it wouldn't allow me to see my order. So I emailed them to ask the status. I got a response stating that they were contacted by their distributor regarding this order and then realized they sold it to me at the wrong price. They said it was supposed to be $589.95 - and told me that they needed me to pay the difference or they would cancel the order. They said they could no longer sallow me to 'purchase' the item in 'good faith'. I told them they had already sold me the item, that it was a done deal and they needed to uphold their 'legal contract' with me. I went to their website and tried to look at their terms and conditions, and it kept rerouting me to another area. I know I read the T&C prior to agreeing them, and this issue was not covered. Suddenly today, they refund me and send me an 'updated' version of their Terms & Conditions stating:7. Prices and/or Orders All prices displayed on [redacted] are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
