Per our previous conversations, Joe indicated he would be coming back out to bleach it to see if that would work. He did patch it, but before doing so, we had concerns about how it might look and wanted it to blend. He told me not to worry and that he would make it look good (even if he had to bleach it). We would like to have Joe fulfill this promise to us.

Hi - Per the complaint, we were told that Joe Plan (per Joe) was going to be out in November "before the snow flies" to bleach our driveway patch as a resolution to this issue. As of today, he has not yet been out. We would like to reopen this case (and keep it open) until Joe has been out to fix our issue. We are extremely upset that we are back to the same issue of being told something will happen and then it does not happen without more follow up.

Concrete for responding to my complaint.
I am concerned about whether or not the "bleaching" will work given the fact that in their response, Plan Concrete used the verbiage, "bleaching should provided a more uniform appearance". I just don't want the driveway to look worse than it already does or to apply chemicals which may affect the surface/structural integrity of the concrete and/or damage vegetation adjacent to the driveway. The research I've done regarding "concrete bleaching" relate more to stains rather than discoloration caused by improper or incorrect "brooming". I am more than willing to work with Plan Concrete and appreciate that they are receptive to correcting the problem. I would greatly appreciate being provided with photos of or testimonials regarding driveways that have been bleached, prior to having the procedure done on my driveway.
Final Note: As a homeowner I was looking forward to (and paid for) an attractive driveway that complemented my home. But when sections of the concrete were discolored it took away from rather than enhanced my property's curb appeal.

I believe that I have been patient. In August of 2014 I expressed my disappointment in the appearance of my recently poured driveway. At that time Mr. Plan told me to, "be patient, the concrete (discoloration) will blend in time." It's been almost one year and the concrete discoloration has not blended. In fact it still looks as bad as it did almost one year. I have attached current photos of the driveway discoloration/striation bands so you can see what I have been describing.
