I had a positive experience with this company in early February of
The movers worked quiet - no grunting or whining
And they definitely were worth me not throwing out my back
The entire experience was stress-free, easy, and if we ever have to move again, there is no doubt in our minds that we will be using Miracle Movers

I just completed my second move with this companyMy first experience was just under two years ago, I was very happy with both the service and price so I decided to use them a second time with the hope of getting the exact same moversThere was a blizzard this morning and although they warned me the night before that they may be late, they arrived right on time, I was happy to see a familiar face, Daniel from my last moveDaniel and Ladislaw did an amazing job working in the snow and hail and even figured out a way to get my large sectional sofa up to the second floor through the balcony window at my new place which saved me a lot of stress and money! They were both super professional and extremely friendlyThis is the only company I will use and I will request both Daniel and Ladislaw in future movesI never write reviews but my moving experience with other companies has been nothing but horribleThese guys are awesome

Miracle Movers reacted quickly to my quote request, which we greatly appreciatedThe movers arrived on AM and were incredibly quickI was moving from a two bedroom house to a three bedroom condo, and the move itself took less than hoursThe movers were very pleasant, helpful, moved things carefully and even stopped me trying to lift something myself in case it was too heavy for meThere were no damagesOur manager, Memphis, was swift in his replies, showed great knowledge of the trade and was always a helpThe price paid was $and it was the one included in the estimate, which was even cheaper than those quoted by other moving companiesMover's "no problem!" was of great comfort to us during our relocation

First of all, I would like to express my positive feelings to Miracle Movers company and thank you for the moving services you provided to me.
I found it VERY difficult to find a reliable moving company. I had to hire movers four times in the past and two of them were trying to rip me off and get as much money as possible without putting in any effort. The third company I hired was great and I thought I finally found 'my' movers. Unfortunately, a while ago the owner decided to sell it and the business turned into a disaster from what I've heard (I'm not going to specify any names). So, for my last move. I decided to find something else. I wasn't very excited about this but the only thing that's worse than a bad moving company is moving by yourself. I asked around, did some online research and decided to try Miracle Movers. Long story short, I'm very happy with my choice. Not only they weren't trying to fool me or rip me off, but the moving crew itself was hardworking and diligent. Miracle Movers understand that if you want your customers to keep coming back you have to be honest and provide a good service.
Big thank you to everybody involved.

My fiancé and I were moving to a new condo 3 weeks ago. We were going to get an U-haul truck but after going through all the stuff decided to hire a moving company to help us with the packing and lifting. We called 3 or 4 companies but Miracle Movers seemed like the most decent one. I got all the packing supplies and a bunch of boxes beforehand (and that was their beyond and above because materials are not supplied before the move) just to make sure everything goes smoothly. Two people showed up on the day of the move - they were very professional and skilled. It took almost 8 hours, just as we expected. I don't think me and my fiancé could've done a better job packing! Thank you Miracle Movers for getting all the hard work done for us.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. We hired them for the exact same move that we had used a similar company for when had arrived at the apartment one year earlier.

We did not require their service for our complete move - only to load five large items of furniture that were too heavy for my girlfriend to carry half of. There was a king-sized mattress, a wooden hutch (two separate pieces), a small oak desk, an outdoor table and a dining table. We had initially agreed to the quoted price of $110 to arrive and $130 (for the minimum of two hours of payment). The move to unload the exact same items had taken less than 20 minutes.

The movers arrived on time, and immediately noted that they were not aware we, "had large items". We politely informed them that we let the person we booked with know exactly what we required to be moved, including the materials (wood). The movers insisted that there was a $60 charge per large item. We politely refused, letting them know this charge is not included anywhere on their website, nor was it communicated to us verbally in advance, or on our agreement. The movers refused to being work. I was rudely told the supervisor wanted to speak with me. I asked for the number, and was rudely told, "get it from HER", as one of the movers pointed at my girlfriend. At this point we were feeling intimidated and uncomfortable as a result of such unprofessional behaviour.

I called the supervisor, who is clearly well versed in this exact situation, since he politely repeated over and over that there is a $60 charge for large items, such as those made... from wood.... This is a move, a lot of furniture is made from wood! Eventually I became fed up with this attempt to extort us for additional dubious fees, and informed the person I was speaking with that if the move was to require any additional fee I would be happy to have them leave and cancel our credit card. At that point the supervisor agreed to call the movers to proceed with the move at the originally planned rate. However, just at that moment I heard my girlfriend say, "hey! give that back!" in an irate tone. As I walked around the corner I saw the movers LITERALLY RUNNING out of our apartment with the signed moving agreement. The workers then proceeded to sit out front at this point, idling their truck.

After about 10 minutes I got a call from the customer service manager who wanted to see how the move was going? I was quick to inform him that the movers had long since RUN out of the apartment, and that we had already proceeded to cancel our credit card, and hung up the phone. The phone rang several more times, but I did not pick up to entertain any further argument. When the truck remained idling out front (blocking our own moving truck that we had rented) for another few minutes, my girlfriend said that she was feeling extremely uncomfortable, and felt threatened. As a result, my girlfriend proceeded to file a police report with Toronto Police non-emergency services. This took about 10 minutes. It was not until about 15 minutes after we finished filing the police report that the truck finally pulled off of our street and left.

It was at this point that I received an email from the company, describing the events according to them. The allegations included:
1) the WE were intimidating and hostile to the movers
2) that the apartment was not properly packed, and that move would have taken several hours longer than two hours (they completely failed to recognize we didn't hire them for our full move, only to move 5 items)
3) that they remained on site for AN HOUR PROVIDING SERVICES!

They even had that audacity to include a GPS report from the truck, which "proved" how long they had remained to provide services at our residence. I quickly responded to the company, letting them know how unethical it was that they used further deceitful behaviour after we had refused to be extorted for their dubious charges. Luckily we had filed a police report long before they left, which corroborated our version of events.

I have never been so disappointed with a customer service experience in my entire life. This company takes advantage of the vulnerability of someone who is in the process of moving. When the movers walked out on us, and left us sitting with a rental truck, and a timeline to get to our new city where movers would be waiting for the same job, they expected we would have no other choice but to agree to their additional fees. By the way - when a friend came over to help, we completed the move for which so-called Miracle Movers had been hired in approximately 15 minutes.

I recommend that customers beware of this company - the reviews for which speak for themselves. The only positive reviews are on Homestars, where the company has clearly manipulated their feedback by writing hundreds of reviews, all similarly titled with the names of cities moved between, and all with the same poor grammar.

Review: Went to get a radio and subwoofer installed in my car. Before I went to Planet Auto, my car was operating perfect, no lights on the dashboard, and the car was fine. after I received my car, after they installed everything, my VSA, ABS, Brake Light were on, and the Drive light was flashing. They were denying that they did anything wrong. then they referred me to a repair shop they knew, and the repair shop told me that when the radio was installed, the wire from the PCM to the VSA system was pinched, which shorted out the VSA system. when I went to pick up my car, the repair shop would not give me my keys until they figured out who was going to pay them, so I called Planet auto and at first they said they would pay for it, until they found how much the repair was. They refused to pay initially, but after some persuading, they agreed to pay for 75% of the damages. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I had pay for damages that were done during the installation.Desired Settlement: The business has to take full responsibility for the damages they did.
