Response:This client did use services at our spaShe purchased a lotion called *** *** *** *** and the cost was $for the lotion and she has paid $for the prorated monthShe opted to sign a year contract for UV tanningShe could have chosen to pay for just or tans but instead opted
for a contract rateShe came in and did UV tanning twice in our Platinum UV bedShe then called complaining about a inch crack in the acrylic that is where the head rest isThis happens over timeWe have bulb out in the bed which she also complained aboutI explained that I am awaiting my electrician to come in and replace the bulbsThe towels do get worn out and we replace the towels every yearThe towels are clean and we keep them soft and they smell wonderfulWe try to keep costs down for our clienteleMy employee that was here said there were no other complaints just this particular womanShe was extremely angry that she could not get out of her contractI was very kind but she did not like what I told herShe has proceeded to not pay for her membership per her contract and normally she would be turned over for collection but I am just going to cancel her account and she will no longer be allowed in our spa for any reasonWe were given a certificate from the State of California Senate in recognition of Best of Tanning Salon, October We pride ourselves on keeping the facility clean and beautifulWe have wonderful reviews on our facebook page, yelp, google and others.Sent on: 12/1/6:31:PM
