Review: I have had an ongoing billing issue with Planet Beach going on 2 to 3 years. Approximately 2.5 years ago, I cancelled by contract with the business to cease autodrafting my account. I informed the manager that my ex-girlfriend was also listed under my account to which I advised she too would be removed due to me paying her monthly dues. The staff advised the issue would successfully completed. About 6 months later I learned the auto drafting for my ex girlfriend was still occurring when I inquired of my online checking account. Upon contacting the manager in person, she advised she was sorry for the continued billing and advised me that my account was inactive and cancelled according to their database. However, my online banking stated I was being billed $38.50 for my ex girlfriend still, [redacted] Ms. [redacted] contacted the manager, Carmen, while I was still present and provided her own debit card to ensure that I would not be charged any further. Carmen apologized to me and said the issue would be immediately resolved through contacting the Corporate Office. In good nature, I did not request to be reimbursed the dues, I only insisted the problem get resolved. This incident took place appx. 12/2014. The issue appeared resolved according to my bank account through January of 2016. My checking account reflected the monthly dues again were autodrafted in Feb, March and April of 2016. I contacted the business today, but was told the manager was not in. Carmen had insisted my account was no longer active in 12/2014 and my checking account was no longer listed. Clearly, this was a lie. The business is stealing money out of my checking account. They clearly still have access to even though I was told by her the act of me being autodrafted had ceased due to my account being inactive and ceased. I am a police officer and this fraudulent behavior is criminal. I will be arriving at the business with an officer to file a report to their neglectful, unlawful practice. I beg for assistance. TYDesired Settlement: I wish to reimbursed the three months of monthly dues thus far(February, March and April). My Capital One account was debited $38.50 each month, for a total of $115.50. Most paramount, is the issue of the business having continued access to my checking account with the fraudulent and unlawful autodrafting my account. I was promised by the manager,Carmen, that the matter was rectified on two separate occasions. She advised there was no possibly scenario my checking account could be drafted
