We were experiencing air pressure problems on that date, and were not aware of the complications she had with the spray tanWe have since then resolved the issues and the machine is working properlyI have reached out to *** and offered her a complimentary spray tan or the option to apply the
$towards another service if she does not want to use the Mystic againWe unfortunately do not offer refunds on spray tans but would like to find a solution that makes her happy

Ms [redacted] was contacted when her membership dues were no longer drafting with her payment information on file. She came into the spa requesting all membershipp dues that had accrued be waived along with a refund of past months payments that had...

already been paid and satisfied. The employees instructed her that any billing disputes would need to be directed to the manager. She was given the available times to contact the manager either in person or by phone. During this time, contact with Ms [redacted] was still attempted each month that her membership dues had still not been paid. When she was reached on the phone, she was very irate when she was told that no refund of past months could be made and that in order to cancel she had to come in and fill out the cancellation form with the proper notice as stated on her contract. She refused and using profanity, yelling and making generalized threats. The manager did then hang the phone up when a civilized conversation was no longer occurring. Ms [redacted]'s account has since been cancelled by the manager to stop any further billings on Ms [redacted]s membership contract and the remaining monies owed have been sent to collections.

agreement with the manager of the Kinetix club our sons went to. As far as I know, everything has been resolved to our satisfaction. I have received an email stating they have cancelled our account as well. Thanks for your help[redacted]

Review: I signed a contract for Planet Beach on 7/8/2013. On that day I was charged a $59 enrollment fee and a $59 monthly fee. My account was set up to draft my bank card on the 1st of every following month. My contract was for 24 months but I could cancel it at anytime after 5 months. I went in to cancel my account and the owner told me that I had to be a member for a year before I could cancel my account. I later found my contract at home and read that my contract stated that I could cancel it after 5 months. So, I went back in and told them that I wanted to cancel my account and my contract stated that I could cancel it after 5 months. I was informed that I would have to pay a $99 cancellation fee which was news to me. I then asked them to show me my contract, which they did, and to show me where it says that I would have a cancellation fee....which they could not do because it is not in there. They then told me they would waive the fee....which should never have been an issue. They then told me that I had to give 30 days notice to cancel my account, which was fine because I not only expected that but it was also in my contract. They informed me my bank would be drafted 1 more time on 2/1/14 BUT that the last day I could use their facility would be on 1/31/14. I asked them how they could charge me for another month but then not allow me to use it? They kept talking in circles saying "that's how it's set up". How is that legal and ethical? I pay for the month at the beginning of the month therefore I should be able to use it for the month of February.Desired Settlement: I would like not be A) not be charged for the month of February or B) if I am charged then I would like to be able to use the facility. I would also like in writing that I will not be charged any additional fees (ie a mysterious cancellation fee). I would also like them not to be able to charge customers cancellation fees as I am sure that they have with others that have not asked to see their contracts.
