I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** This only accounts for the one product where the wrong item was delivered, not for the poor quality of the blackberry tea which was also mentioned in my complaint, but a 50% refund is better than continuing to fight over this, I feel sad about the process that I had to go through in order to get a half resolution, especially since I have recommended your company to so many people over the years, but I've had enough headaches to split the difference and drop the matter unhappily I'll have to carefully consider whether to continue doing business with you in the future Better customer service would have gone a long way in this case and ultimately would have saved me a ton of bad feelings

This customer purchased an item from a store in no relation to our companyThe store buys our products wholesale, and then resells themTherefore, at the time of the customer purchase, our end of the deal was finalizedUnfortunately there is no way to know how old the product was or how long it
sat on the self of the store it was sold inWe also have no idea how the product was treated once out of our hands, and if any of those causes lead to the issues the customer spoke of. In regards to the situation, the customer did mention that the glass may or may not have been swallowed by the daughterIf this was the case, we'd hope the daughter went to the hospitalIf there was glass found then, we would've absolutely taken it seriously, it was just an unknown and had to treat it as suchThe item was purchased by the woman for $We offered a certificate of $towards our store because the daughter originally wanted a replacement$is the running rate of the product on our websiteThey were satisfied with this response until they asked about the shipping ratesOur shipping is $Unfortunately we'd be unable to cover this as wellWe were more than generous to do this for them, since the customer made no previous purchases with our site, and did not make this current purchase with usSince this item was purchased with a wholesale affiliate, we made no money with her purchase and are out $and one ActiviTEA if she decides to use the certificate. We have explained to her that we have no ability to refund her, since there is no record of her information anywhere on our system to do soWe recommended multiple times to try to return it at the store it was purchased in, since they had records of the purchaseAt this point, the customer has not responded to our emailThe $certificate is still available for their use

This issue is still in the resolution process with *** Trusted Stores and will be resolved via that outletWe have already communicated with a *** representative that we would be happy to receive Mr*** return outside of our 30-day return limits when he returns to the country

If there was glass found then, we would've absolutely taken it seriously, it was just an unknown and had to treat it as such.worse company ever I will advise everyone I k now never to buy their products. I am sure my daughter pooped out the glass. what a bunch of wackos you are. I am leaving this for everyone to see on the Revdex.com.

We apologize, but we are unable to fulfill this request. It just is simply not possible. We do not use any other packaging for the item in question, so the customer is requesting a product we cannot provide. We would need to change our production methods to fulfill this request, which we hope the customer will understand is simply not a possibility. We hope the customer will be able to use the store credit provided to purchase a product they might enjoy instead.
