Let's start on a positive noteBuying the car wasn't the issueThe sales team provides great customer serviceOur car was purchased almost years ago, pre owned, and now started having a major issueDealing with the service area of this dealership has been a MAJOR headache!!!!!!! To say the least!!! Our car was there for days before it was "finished", & it was not even looked at until it was there for 3-days, even though we were assured by our advisor it would AT LEAST be looked at the very next day after we brought it inAnd forget calling them to get an updateI got hung up on, was given MAJOR nasty attitude by the operator/receptionist [redacted] (I'm sorry that you actually get paid to WORK) and had such difficulties getting in contact with our service advisor....MULTIPLE TIMES Not only that, we were told we had no rental from the get go even though we were under extended warranty (also after the fact, the service manager said we SHOULD'VE had a rental) Well, thanks for that! It would've helpedthen! And would've saved me from yanking my year old out of bed at 5:30AM to take my husband to work) Our car was SITTING there for over weeks for an issue that would take a shop 4-days to completeNot only were we told daily that "it would get checked tomorrow", "it would get tested tomorrow", "it should be ready tomorrow"We were jerked around by the service MANAGER and the service advisor that was assigned to our car(when the manager doesn't even give a crap, all hope is lost) ALSO, our year old battery died WHILE it was in the care of the dealer, not the first day but about the 3rd or 4th dayWhich means negligence on their part, either by a light left on, key left in the ignition in the start position, etcThen they call us to tell us they can sell us one of their Mopar batteries, which would probably run me about $150-$200, LOL! Additionally, on a receipt given to us, it said our deductible was $When we proceeded to pick up the car on the 20th day***, we were told the deductible was going to be $150!! I'm disgusted that we pay $a month, more than $17K total at the end of the term and ALMOST years later this car is having major issues and we are being treated like garbage! UNACCEPTABLE & will not be toleratedHere's the kicker, when we picked it up & my husband got to work (a whole 20min later), the car was smoking up under the hood and spilling waterI guess they actually needed the car for a whole month, because their service SUCKS! days was just not long enough!!!!! Did they even test drive the car or was it another BS excuse given to us to stall timeSave yourself the trouble people, go to the Dodge in West KendallUnless you want to deal with ignorant xxxxxxx who should be providing great customer service, but instead give you EXCUSES & ATTITUDE, then don't want to help because you're having an issue, and they have a lack of urgency to work!!!!! Now we have to be inconvenienced even more, and who knows how long it will take this timeI will take this to Chrysler Group directly & the Revdex.com if I have toIn which this dealership already has cases against them! Go figure!!

(when the manager doesn't even give a crap, all hope is lost) ALSO, our 1.5 year old battery died WHILE it was in the care of the dealer, not the first day but about the 3rd or 4th day. Did they even test drive the car or was it another BS excuse given to us to stall time. Save yourself the trouble people, go to the Dodge in West Kendall. Unless you want to deal with ignorant xxxxxxx who should be providing great customer service, but instead give you EXCUSES & ATTITUDE, then don't want to help because you're having an issue, and they have a lack of urgency to work!!!!! Now we have to be inconvenienced even more, and who knows how long it will take this time. I will take this to Chrysler Group directly & the Revdex.com if I have to. In which this dealership already has 15 cases against them! Go figure!!
