I mailed a check to Ms [redacted] for $today As I understand, she and our general manager agreed to this amount to settle her issues

I am rejecting this response because:The check I revived was for $It does not cover the complete damage to all the property that was damagedThey check also did not account for the discount that was suppose to be applied because of having to reschedule my move Regards, [redacted]

The company representative did not mention or provide information about any insurance or the opportunity for itThe company advertises themselves as fully insured, making people truly believe that if/when company employees damage their personal property and/or their homethe company will take responsibility and fix it! They advertise falsely, their representatives are not informational (in fact they HIDE information or DO NOT OFFER it to consumers openly), and I had to pay for training a new guy on my time! This company is not reputable or honest

It was explained to me the company and employees were fully insured in case of mishapsIt was not brought to my attention that information about their insurance was available on any paperwork, quotes or otherwiseThe entire process with this company was very misleading, and their advertising indicates they are a fully insured company. After that, no one from the company mentions it or offers information about it again. As I just noticed from the attached "quote" - they also call it "valuation" - it appears they do not want it to stand out as "insurance." That is very deceptive
As well, there was a new associate being trained on my move. He was very slow, and his trainer had to stop multiple times to advise him on how to do things properlyHe was one of the people responsible for hitting a light fixture and loosening it from the ceiling of my home, leaving it to dangle from the wires. The company's "experienced" associate is the one who damaged my father's pool tableThe insurance was NEVER discussed from them or an explanation or guidelines providedAnd, I was charged the extra time it took to train a new employeeThey sent me a check for $for damage that exceeded $1,000.00. It is a shame they are not willing to be accountable for their employees' actions

Ms*** did not purchase the replacement valuation coverage for her move Her cash settlement was based upon the minimum valuation coverage The other option under the minimum valuation cover is to have the items repaired I am willing to have our repairman come out and repair

The a response letter and check was mailed to the address provided on the claim on 07/03/to Ms*** *** The letter has not been returned to us in the mail She will need to file a police report with the Lee Summit Police Department on the missing jewelry We will be happy
to work with the authorities

I am rejecting this response because:The check I revived was for $84.00. It does not cover the complete damage to all the property that was damaged. They check also did not account for the discount that was suppose to be applied because of having to reschedule my move.

Ms. [redacted] was given the information to file an official claim for her complaints.  We received her filed complaint late yesterday.  We will need to investigate and process her claim.  Her issues are being addressed.  Thank you.

I mailed a check to Ms. [redacted] for $150 today.  As I understand, she and our general manager agreed to this amount to settle her issues.

We emailed a written quote to Ms. Mary [redacted] to the email that she provided ([redacted]).  It clearly gives her two options for Valuation Coverage.  She received two quotes by email - one on 06/22/15 and one on 06/24/15.   I have attached the last quote with the Valuation Coverage choice information.  If she had asked for more details regarding the coverage, we have a flyer that we can send out.  Most customers elect the minimum valuation coverage, and we do not try to up sale.  We have a 1.2% claims rate here at Moovers.  That fact is highly promoted.
