I started my membership in December 2015, I cancelled my membership in April of Money is still being taken out of my account after I went in and completed cancellation papersI spoke with *** (I assume a manager) and he laughed at me and told me he couldn't do anything for me even though I went through the correct procedure of coming in to fill out the cancellation formsThey can see in their system I have not been there, but cannot find the cancellation formIt is not my fault that somehow they misplaced or did not enter my cancellation information correctlyI don't know if a new person did it or what, but regardless it is fraud to take money out of my account after cancelling

Review: I joined Planet Fitness on April 11, 2014. I signed up for the regular membership after telling the agent tnat I was on a fixed income and that was all I could afford now. The amount taken out was supposed to only be $10.00 plus tax. Wben I went to reconcile my bank statments, I found they were taking out the amount required for a Black card membership which was double what I signed an agreemnet to pay. I had to wait until the next day to speak to the manager because the girl who answered the phone told me she couldn't get me my money back. The next day I called and told the manager that for three months they had taken out double what I was supposed to have taken out of my account. He said he would remedy the situtaion and gave me a credit card refund for the overpayment. I just went on my bank site tonight and noticed that they again took out $21.45 instead of the $10.00 and tax amount they werre supposed to do. I feel that they are putting a burden on me and my bank account because I could run the risk of being overdrawn by their poor billing service. They obviously did not take the matter seriously enough to do something about thier errof so that it wouldn't happen againsDesired Settlement: I want my money returned to me now.
