I understand that your group donated funds to anti lgbtq groups. I can not abide that discrimination.
I want my 3 accounts cancelled with no charges
I spent near on 50 years doing civil rights work at the executive level and find your policy of funding anti lgbtq agencies miney quite offensive. I have 3 accounts in my name and wish them all to be cancelled. I a the same time wish no cancellation fees be attached as the reason for my ending your service is based on your internal policy allowing for discrimination against a segment of all or communities.
Please advise as to how this WILL be accomplished. I can not in good conscience continue my memberships.
Termination of all 3 contracts listed under my credit card. I want this done immediately.
We are Excel Fitness d.b.a. Planet Fitness. We are a Franchisee of Planet Fitness. Excel Fitness owns 78 locations in 6 states and do not control who any of the Planet Fitness' across the country donate to. We deny donating to anti lgbtq groups. We cannot respond to his statement as he does not give the information to what charity he may be referring to.
It is clearly stated in his membership agreement how to cancel his membership with Planet Fitness.
