I have reviewed the information in Ms. [redacted] complaint.  Planet Fitness does not take any complaint lightly.  I have communicated with the staff at the Midtown - Milwaukee, WI location in order to better understand the situation.  I do find it important to note that...

the original complaint and subsequent letter were sent to the wrong Planet Fitness location which did lead to some confusion. We at Planet Fitness value Ms. [redacted] as we do all of our members, and we understand that issues will billing can be frustrating or confusing.  Ms. [redacted] has an outstanding balance which must be paid before cancellation can occur per her membership agreement.  As a compromise for Ms. [redacted], we have cancelled the membership.  The balance will need to be paid should Ms. [redacted] decide to want to resume her membership. I hope that this resolves the situation. Have a great day! [redacted]

I have received the Revdex.com complaint regarding case [redacted] and I have reached out to the member however I have not yet received a response. We have offered to refund the member as well as resign them up with 3 months free. Can we please have an extension beyond the normal 7 days to conclude this...
