On 2/8/18, Mrs [redacted] was provided a copy of her signed contract with Planet Fitness LoudonvilleOn 10/1/Mrs [redacted] signed up for Planet Fitness through her current employer [redacted] ***The cancellation policy of her contract states that to cancel any month to month membership, Mrs [redacted] would need to cancel in person at her "Home Club" of Loudonville or to send the Loudonville club a certified letter in the mailThis procedure was not followed by Mrs [redacted] which has led to her continuous billing until the membership was cancelled 1/29/
