*** *** was upset because of our fitness instructor only being available during "banker's hours" and that staff members were trained to refer to the trainer rather than assist with machines. In order to give a training session, the staff member must be certified through an accredited
organization. Also, our fitness instructor is available through 8pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. She stated that she feared that we would make it difficult for her to cancel her membership and we cancelled the membership as soon as we received notice of her cancelation (12/03/15)
