Planet Fitness - Portsmouth, VA

Absolutely Terrible! Probably the worst customer service I have ever had - previous manager made an agreement not to charge an annual fee (since we were already paying startup fees in addition to monthly fees), but the current manager (first name ***) will not honor! She (***) hides behind the fact that corporate mandates that Planet Fitness charges annual fees, but her predecessor agreed that she would waive one of the other fees to cover this cost. But *** comes in new as the manager and will not honor this now. I also had to call 6 times and explain the situation each time to try to get the fee waived, but was told each time that I needed to speak to the manager. So, I would leave my # and ask the manager to call me. Manager never returned any of my calls! And then when I do finally get to speak to her, she will not honor the deal her predecessor made.
