The fact that Planet fitness charge me late fee, is because one of their employee wrote my checking account number wrong in the computer, in one word she log it incorrectly, and the reason their computer couldn't access my checking account but they were able to use my *** debit cared I gave them belonged to the same checking account number they withdrew plus the bank chargeAs rejoining the planet fitness in East Boston is because I was looking for somebody to help me with this problem, since the one on Charger Street could not help me, somebody advise me to call the one in East Boston, so I did and the manager of that facility (name ***) told me to come and see himSo I went the following day, I told him what happened and he said to me he can't refund me the money planet fitness took from my account, but he can canceled my old account membership, and re open a new one for meI ask him what about a member fee that I already paid and he said there will be no member until February 2018, and to help a little bit he will waive on month that's Last month the transaction went smooth, because the manager (***) logged in the new checking account number in the systemThe fact that they charged me a late fee, is because one of their employee logged my checking account number incorrectly in their computer, I said it before I am not going to pay for their employee malicious mistake , besides one time is a mistake but the second time is not a mistake anymore but I have no choice, I can't go to other gyms they are a little too costly for me
