In response to the complaint filed by *** *** ***, here is the story* *** called our facility last weekend asking how to cancel his daughters accountMy staff member told him he would have to come in to cancel or send in a certified letter*** thought that was inconvenient, got very rude
and nasty, and hung up the phone*** then called back asking to speak to a different staff member who had also told him how to cancel, and he again was rude and hung up the phone*** called back a third time, last Monday evening the 15th of August and was very upset a manager was not inI, *** the assistant manager, called him back Tuesday morningHe did not answer, so I left him a voicemail explaining how to cancel and that according to his daughter's agreement here, she was in a 12-month commitment still and would have to pay a buyout fee to cancel, and again come to the facility or send in a letter and that he could call me back if he had any questionsWe have not heard from him sinceAttached I have included his daughter's agreement where it explains the cancellation policy that his daughter signed in her agreementIt also includes the buyout fee that they are responsible for to prematurely cancel their membership at the facility
