I joined PF about 1 month ago. Within a week of joining, I was told I had billing issues and was past due for my account with 2 days to pay. This was because they did not have my *** I gave the staff all my *** and was told I was good to go. The next billing period happened Feb 17, 2020 and the money did not come out of my account. Instead I was charged on Feb 25, 2020 ***. After calling my home gym, they had no explanation as to why this happened seeing as I have ***. I received no email. I was also told if I wanted a chance to talk about getting my *** back I had to go into the home gym within the next 2 days, and they weren't even sure that it could be resolved. I was also told every time they *** I would automatically get the *** put on but they would not change it. I am due to be charged another *** for maintenance on March 1st, 2020, which I had expected. I was told even if I cancelled my account I was going to be charged the *** since it is 1 day past the billing cycle end.
