here is the invoice he sign it and is nothing included about the plumbing on hes bathrooms, I try to be nice with all my customers I don't know if im wrong tryin be nice with the customers cauz then they think because we nice means we ca do it for free, like I said he can request a warranty by e mail, and we send some one to see whats wrong with the job, if no thing wrong we charge a trip charges up to $dlls, if he don't like to paid for the extra job is ok but he need stop asking us to go back and do something else for free, we can send some one to do a warranty service but he need to request by mail and explind what he need in order to give him a W A R R A N T Y, anything else we considere harassment, we have to pass this to our attorney, again he can request a warranty by e mail, warranty means seam come apart polish come off from th edges and sinks fall down , then we send some one with a kit to determine if amoniac or bleach or other aggresive chemicals was found ond the granite,

I am rejecting this response because: *** *** of Quality Stone continues to falsely play the role of the cooperative businessman when he knows but refuses to admit that he made a follow up appointment with me and my wife to return on Wednesday, March 26, to complete the installation and repair of the remaining items in question. He failed to show up for the appointment even after telling us that his morning schedule was full but that he could come out late in the morning to continue the completion of the work. He has a history of doing this sort of thing (see Revdex.com unresolved complaints, *** and other related similar complaints posted against him). He is deceptive and cunning in his appeal to be paid in full with promises to return and complete the job. I feel his intention was to deceive us all along and to just get the money and leave and never return again. I seriously doubt that he would honor the warranty anyway even though he told me and my wife that he would return years later if we had a problem with his work. Since *** *** appears uncooperative and insensitive about my complaint and will probably continue to take advantage of other customers (as he has demonstrated a history of doing) I will be forced to consider other means of accomplishing my objective. He can't continue to take advantage of customers after taking their money and leaving them dissatisfied with the incomplete outcome of tbeir agreement with Quality Stone. There are consequences for his deceptive business practices. Because we could not wait any longer for Mr*** to comply with our agreement, we had to complete the job ourselves and, therefore, stand firm on our request for compensation for our efforts and expenses.

I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. [redacted]'s response seems to be an integral part of his modus operandi.  Our agreement was for the entire job and not piecemeal as he suggests. No mention was ever made about extra charges beyond what was already agreed upon in our original agreement.  He told me, shortly after he started my job, that his way of dealing with dissatisfied customers is to not show up for an appointment he has wih them,  and/or ignore them by not accepting their calls, and/ or create a call back situation that involves  additional charges that far exceed the value of their complaint knowing well that they will not comply with his offering .  He also told me that he isn't concerned about his Revdex.com, yelp or other negative postings because they are written by former customers that are , in his opinion, never going to be satisfied anyway. My relationship with him   may require another   avenue to determine resolution.  Therefore, I stand firm on my one time offer of restitution.

we complete the job a 100% and collect the money at the  at customer request, gaps on the cabinets cauz cabinets is not level and we let mr. [redacted] know and he agree to make the granite level and hes take care the gaps, Mr. [redacted]paid to re conectt the  kitchen sink only and and then he ask...

to e conectt the plumbing for thos bathrooms to but he make our plumber replace all the balves or stopers like he call them and total six balves we usualy charge $80.00 per balve and he refuse to paid so total sinks install and not paid two $180.00 per sink plus two balves per sink so total $340.00 per sink so he owe me $680.00
plus w install an extra pice on one room behind the kitchen and he not paid for is an other $246.0 so we  ok with this pice cauz he refer one customer and we agree to give for free this pice. we ask mr. [redacted] if hes happy with the job and he agree with everythin except to paid for the extra job we did on hes property and we sid thats ok just paid the original balance, but with out any kind of warranty and he paid the balance at hes own cosent, 
plus he ask if he send us more customer if we can replace ll the electrical outel on the kitchen and we agree just the labor but he never send us a customer, and he keep calling me to replace all the electrical outles but we can't do that cauz we not receive any new customers from him. we can send some one to inspect the issues he said he have but I think mr. [redacted] trying to take advance cause we do a lot of extra job without payment for it, we have a pictures of the final product and he agree whit.
the backsplash he loved if he need my tile guy to go back and do a repai he need to request a warranty by e mail is our policy but if we show up and everything is ok we have to charge a $75.00 trip charges, so in order to request a warranty he need to paid in full for the plumbing of two bathrooms $680.00 total.
