My current mortgage was transferred to planet home lending..since then whenever I call for enquiry ,I was always put on hold for more than mins and the issue still not resolve and representative on the phone will not listen to my complaint instead she was talking over me

I just confirmed with PHL that over the past four months I have had to call in and request a password reset on my account every month I have saved the password on my computer each time and on the second try it auto locks the account On two occasions I tried calling in and received a message that the office was closed Both months resulted in a late fee as I was trying to pay on the grace period end date I was told today that if there is inactivity within days of last use, my password on the account is reset I use online payment for all my accounts and I have NEVER had a service provider use this practice As an attorney, I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau as I see this practice specifically designed to charge additional fees and frustrate the borrower when attempting to pay Based on other reviews here, it is obvious that PHL has practices in place to add fees to the homeowners' account Watch your statements closely and report those fees that are wrongly charged Report to the Consumer Protection Bureau

I have an account with them, they took it over from another bank I have been with the same condo insurance company since yet planethome lending can't find my info I got an letter in Aug stating they needed it I decided good time to switch insuranceI then FAXED the info to PHL on 8/ I get a letter in the mail stating they just billed me dollars to cover my condo from 2/to 2/ ONE I sent the details TWO how can they bill me for coverage that can't be used since it months after the factSEEMS shady to me

Planet home lending is a joke WARNING: DO NOT USE or AVOID this company they have a poor customer serviceThey don't care about their customer, especially the mortgage processor name TURNER E [redacted] from [redacted]

I've only been with them for year and have lived in this house for years with no increase.But they already upped my escrow ratesI've called the county tax collecter and my home owners ins and they said there was no increaseI say this company is nothing more then a bunch of thieves and I will find another company to do business with

DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!! Failed to provide homeowners insuranceI make monthly payments which are on time,my taxes and homeowners included yet they failed at making renewal paymentI called my insurance carrier and they state they were unable to find the bank from where to withdraw the money fromI needed to submit a claim and when I called my insurance carrier I was informed it had been cancelled months priorWhen I called planet home they stated they weren't aware and have been giving me the turn around for months with no communication or explanation as to what happenedIt's still under "investigation"In the meantime I have paid all damages done on my property out of pocketOn top of all this they keep calling me to refinance (I have politely asked for these calls to stop but they continue)Like what the heck yea I'm going to but with someone else, where I don't have to worry about making them do their jobWorst company EVER!! save future headaches and don't go with themI will be submitting a complaint to the California insurance department and possibly getting a lawyer

I first contacted Planet Home Lending about refinancing our mortgage back in FebruaryWe supplied all our paperwork to them within a few daysIt took an excessive amount of time for them to request an appraisalOnce the appraisal was finally back, they sat on the loan application for over a month and still had not sent it to their underwriting departmentTired of waiting on the people to get their act together and our loan processed, I fired them 1/months after we started the process knowing that they were at least two or more weeks away from completing their end of the processOf course, mortgage rates have gone up since we first started, but I would rather pay more in interest than give this company another dime of my money

My mortgage was just sold to Planet Home Lending within the last month I am receiving phone calls to my cell phone calls from them (area code) all hours of the day and several times a week They want me to refinance Due to recent appraisals (less than years) and general knowledge of similar home sale prices in my area - I know there is not enough equity in my home to refinance or to even sell it without a short sale When the representative from Planet Home Lending called me, he made it sound like he knew everything and that they have this great opportunity I asked him if he had any idea as to what my home may appraise for? He did not and got very argumentative and defensive My concern is that this company will take advantage of someone by making the home owner pay out-of-pocket for an expensive appraisal, and then the owner not being able to refinance and being out of even more money The representative was less than professional and unpleasantI am very unhappy regarding the sale of my mortgage to this company My only option to "get rid of them" at this time is to walk away from my home

What a Shoddy company!!! I was unfortunate enough to have this company take over my mortgage months ago Month of payments I get online to pay around 6/28/at about 9:Pacific time but I get a message that they will not accept my payment due to processing times I didn't pay too much attention to the specifics but remember some choice words So I try two days later 7/around 7:30pm Pacific time and get yet another message Apparently since they process their payments at 10:eastern time they will not accept any payments WHAT??? What company does this Accept my payment and process it the next day So I now get on again in the morning on Saturday 7/ I am now technically late because of their shoddy system but within late fee time I submit payment and get a message that it won't post until Tuesday 7/due to Monday being a holiday Total BS considering I have been trying to pay for days Now skip to August payment I log on 7/at 9:30am to make a paymentI even put a little extra toward principal I come back from vacation and check today to see nothing has been deducted from my checking as of 8/and nothing pending although the screen shot I have from their site shows I logged in on 7/at 9:30am Had I not checked I could have been hit with a late fee Reading other reviews this seems to be quite common I think this is a very shoddy company trying to stay afloat by denying payments and hopefully getting late fees I am two months in and hate this company The are not even Revdex.com accredited How is this legal??? I am going to talk to my husband about refinancing I guess I will set up payment through my bank and hope that they post that I really don't trust them at all and would rather be done with them Please if you have an option run!

Worst Customer service ever!!! I called three times to get my new loan number (since my loan had been sold to them) so I could make a paymentI have received a couple letters from them, one introduction and one to refinance my house, but none with my new loan numberI can't logon to their site to pay online without my loan numberSo I tried to call them several timesThe first time I sat on hold for minutesI finally hung upSecond time I called and selected the option to have them return my call from the que once an agent was free I have never heard back from themThen again I called a couple of day later and sat on eternal hold for another minutes before I gave upI am stuck with them since the bought my loanI am disgusted with themWhat kind of Customer Service do they haveA person wants to pay their company but they can't get through to anyone! Hopefully they will sell my loan soon to another company so I wont have to deal with them

Poor customer service was on hold for min before someone even picked up, When they did they kept putting me on hold I was on the phone for over an hour and didn't accomplish anything because they don't know what they are doing, obviously!

Planet Home Money continues to call me after FOUR requests that they no longer contact mePlanet Home Money took over the servicing of a mortgageNow they call me at least once a weekOn three occasions I have asked to placed on their do not call listI even spoke with a manager the second timeThe company clearly would like me to refinance, and I have a lot of confidence that they will continue to call me until a) I am no longer a customer - which means refinancing with someone else (a massive pain that I am seriously considering) or b) let them sell me a mortgage I don't needIf *** isn't in the cable tv business, then surely he works in mortgage lending

Planet Home Lending is nothing but a bunch of isEveryone that works there has obviously taken different training classesThey all have different answers for the same questionBeen trying to get the payoff for our TownhomeYou have to send a written request in with your signatureSome says it takes days for turnaroundOthers say it takes They can't make up their mindThen they say you didn't put on the request how you wanted to receive payoffWe told them emailThe next day they say it was mailed outThat's standard procedureThen he ask for another email to send it out toSee no one can make up their mindIt is suppose to be a day payoffIt may take days to get itThese are the worse people I have ever dealt with

I am so ready to file a class action lawsuit! I have never heard of a place that stops you from making a payment on their website by a certain time( I have seen companies that make your payment date be in the future), But PHL makes it totally impossible to make your payment! No option for a phone Payment via an automated system! This has caused my payment with them to be late multiple times! Has caused my payment to also go days late on times when I was trying to make payment on that 29th dayLate Fees!!!! I literally can not stand this mortgage companyIt is so stupid to not have an automated phone pymt system that can process a payment when a person is not availableAnd even mote stupid to stop you from being able to make payments on websites so early in the eveningApprox or 9pm my timeIt may even be 7pmIm so mad right now that it doesnt much matterI also hate thst every year almost there is a shortage on tbe escrowImsure that they are doing something wrong or Shady! Anybody else had issued with their payment methods? Escrow Shortage each year? Wanna Sue!!!!!??????
