I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As of today, October 3rd no refund has posted to my credit card used to pay for the orderI have not received an email from the company as they have statedThere was nothing attached to the email that was sent through the Revdex.com so I can't see the refund receiptI will close and resolve this matter as soon as I see the refund to my cardIf they want to resend the refund receipt to my email: [email protected] I would really appreciate that.

We did supply a physical proof of her label artwork in April 2016 and the ink was very light, so we supplied another a couple days later with a double hit of black to make it look more rich (April 2016).  She then contacted us in August 2016 with changes to her art files and did not want to do...

another physical proof this time.  We entered her order with a double hit of black ink to make it stand out as we had done on her 2nd physical proof.  When she received the label order, she contacted us and demanded that we did not do what she had asked as her labels did come out a lot darker than her 2nd physical proof.  I did contact and talk to Julia several times as did my customer service rep.  We did offer her a 50% refund since they did not come out to what she was expecting.  I will say that unfortunately this did come out to be our mistake as we have found that we did not double hit the black ink as we thought on the 2nd physical proof therefore the labels did not match.  Since she has escalated the situation to this point, I have refunded her credit card the $834.08 that she has paid us and will no longer do business with her.  The refunded credit card receipt is attached and I have emailed that receipt to her as well.  Sincerely,[redacted]
