I just dealt with these folks, they do not communicate well which caused me heartburn in today's fast paced on-line worldI saw the charge for my order but only the initial response from the sellerMultiple questioning e-mails later I find that the product was shipped in an acceptable time with priority handlingThey just didn't inform me on status and ship dateDon't panic as I did you will probably be alright

I ordered a *** hood lift kit, order#:w-I got charged, but I never received the productI contacted Planet *** twice through email, I never heard back from themNo professionalism whatsoever

Multiple questioning e-mails later I find that the product was shipped in an acceptable time with priority handling. They just didn't inform me on status and ship date. Don't panic as I did you will probably be alright.

Review: On April 26, 2014 I placed an order for auto parts with this company. The order was for three items. I recieved two of those in a timely manner. I did not receive the third. Order # [redacted], Part not received "Planet Miata Finish Panel - $199.99". After several calls to Planet Miata over the course of the next three weeks I was informed that the part was on indefinite backorder. I requested at the end of that conversation on May 13, 2014 that the order for the "Planet Miata Finish Panel - $199.99" be cancelled and was told that it would be and my credit card woudl be credited. I have as yet received no credit nor the part. I have called several times and been told that the issue would be addressed and they would call me back with the resolution. I have never received a call back. I have emailed several times requesting that my account be credited and have received no reply nor any credit to my account. This is a very unreputable business who obviously does not adhere to honorable business practices.Desired Settlement: I would like Planet Miata to refund the cost of the cancelled portion of the order $199.99

Review: The company attempts to retain customers' money by charging a restocking fee of 25% while the company web site states 20% restocking fee. If a part is returned unopened or undamaged and is able to be resold there should be no restocking fee. The practice of a applying a restocking fee is one way for this company to make money.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund minus the shipping charge. The product was returned within 30 day, was unopened and is able to be resold. Stop the practice of charging a restocking fee. Implement a practice of price matching.
