Planet Pizza

Review: I ordered a salad this evening from Planet Pizza (920 Summer St.) found a dead grasshopper! I only had a couple bites when I noticed it thankfully, but to say that I lost my appetite is an understatement.I have attached a couple photos that I took before I quickly threw it away. The grasshopper was approximately an inch long! I sincerely apologize if this makes you queasy, but I wanted to document this in hopes that no one else has to have a similar experience.My concern is that this is not an isolated incident and I let the manager know of the situation in hopes that they check through their lettuce/ veggies. It was a little strange that he did not apologize or sound shocked about it, and he only offered to credit me partial credit on the salad. I have eaten here a few times before, but just pizza and haven't had a problem, and I sincerely hope that this has not happened more often than just tonight, but can't be sure. Afterall, clearly they did not wash the salad prior to preparation and delivery for me, so why would they do it for any of their salads?Desired Settlement: Refund of the full amount paid $15.85.
