Review: Employee is very rude and raciest. Do They don't know how to treat customer right or never heard about good customer service? One employee name [redacted]( the only [redacted] works their) is rude and unprofessional and never should work in customer service. He called me liar and telling me, he had to call me liar because a wood pallet was inside the storage unit when I rented it. I thought it suppose to be there for stuff to lift it up from ground. I guess It was left by previous talent. Now they want me to removed it or I would be charge every month. Never will use planet self storage. Very very upset.....

Our manager called the tenant and apologized on Monday morning before I received this complaint. We are also in the process of disciplining the employee.
