Granite counter tops purchased and installed 1/Excellent experience from beginning to endCareful pattern measurement along with professional and efficient installers made for a pleasant transition with little unexpected problemsI initially had reservations about this business as their deposit expectations are very unfairThey want 50% at signing, 40% at template measurment and final 10% at installationThis puts too much risk on the customer as the merchant is easily able to walk away and/or do shoddy work with little or no recourse by the customerThis would be better if 50% collected prior to install and 50% after satisfaction at completion of work
Overall, the process worked out great with special thanks to the install crew and template measurementAll were friendly and knowledgeableThanks for the positive experience
