This issue has been resolved. We have reimbursed our customer Mr [redacted] $750.00 for the damage that was done to his floor.
Review: We purchased a dishwasher , washer and dryer from them. When they installed the washer the installer did not put the hose securely into the drain so when he tested the machine it jumped out and water poured out all over my floor which resulted in picking up my laminate floor. The owner came over and saw it. He said for us to get an estimate, which we did in the amount of $750.00. We qwaited several weeks and my husband went to the store to ask about the money, at which time the owner said he submitted it to the insurance dept. and we would receive a check in two weeks. The machine was installed in February, six months later and we haven't received a dime.
