As in our previous email, we apologize for any misunderstandingOur exchange policy is clearly posted Our exchange policy clearly states that a Manager must be on duty to process any exchangesManagers are in our stores Monday thru Friday Batteries are only to be exchanged within days of purchase with a receipt All exchanges are only on manufactureres defects Although outside the boundries of our policy, we are willing to exchange this product on a one time only basis The customer may visit any location during a managers hours to take care of this By doing so, we would expect the complaint be dropped as we are seeking to give the customer 100% satisfaction Thank You Planet Vapor Owners

I cannot determine if they are offering to exchange the e-cigarette. When I took the defective model back they refused to exchange or refund. They told me they were not allowed to do either. If they are offering an exchange, please let me know
