Customer ordered food for Delivery on April [redacted] This is a company/office with many employees. Driver went to deliver food and person that ordered we could not find in office. Nobody knew who ordered food. Driver/store called number on order ticket and could not get a response on who ordered food....

Driver left after 15-20 minutes trying to find person that ordered; with their food since they had to do other deliveries. In the past when we just leave food without giving directly to customer because we cant locate, also an issue. Customer later called and we apologized. Doing deliveries this has happened in past where we cant find person that ordered, has also happened at residential deliveries, where customer doesnt answer door nor phone. We want all customers to get their food. In this case since it was a paid credit card order we cancelled credit card payment same day, before credit cards that day processed and credit card charged. Credit card company is responsible for crediting back customer promptly. Order was for $12.44 and all was credited same day and we have voided receipt from 4/**/17 if needed. A mistake was made - driver could not find person in company that ordered food and other colleagues could not direct driver. We apologized, we gave back money as per credit card company rules and regulations. We could not get money back to her any faster than credit card company processes take, which is very quick since cards not processed for day and credit card voided prior to day end processing....our staff works hard at trying to please every customer. I deal with the same issues our staff does and I understand issues happen and we work fast to resolve all issues. Thank you for bringing to our attention. In my 15 plus years dealing with deliveries, all was handled properly and we could not credit the customers credit card any faster than we did which was the issue we could not address.

Review: On February **, 2014 about 5pm I made a call to Planet wings to order something to eat. I spoke to a gentle man, I gave him my order and credit card number. He ask for expiration date then the three numbers on the back of card. I gave it to him he said it did not work I gave it to him again. Then he put me on hold. A women came to the phone saying that the card numbers was put in three times and cannot use again. I ask can I use a different card. She said no. I ask why she hung the phone up in my ear. I got dress my wife drove me to the store to speak to the [redacted] the same person from the phone was the [redacted]. She did not want to hear what I had to say. And did not apologize for hanging up on me. I gave Planet wings over 6 years of business and to be treated the way I was treated. All I wanted her to say was Im sorry. I can you have a [redacted] running your store who is ruied.

Review: I visited the [redacted] location on Feb. [redacted] to pick up an order of 100 wings I had placed on the day before. I had got a coupon online from this site: [redacted]

As the offer says I pay $15 for $30 worth of food, so I did this ( second time I've done this by the way) expecting I could use it the next day. I got to the restaurant and lo and behold they tell me they aren't accepting coupons today for gameday offers which by the way when asked if what I got was a gameday special they said no. I am VERY unhappy with the company. I followed up with four emails to them at the [redacted] email, none of which were answered. I even went as far as to call their office and spoke to a lady which was not very helpful at all. She took my information and said and I'll quote "I'll try and see if someone can contact you". Your a business aimed at trying to please your customers and you'll "try" to have someone contact you. Not happy in the least bit, needless to say I never heard back.Desired Settlement: At this points I'd like for them to make good on the purchase amount of my wings that day which came to about $62, whether that be in the form of a refund or a gift certificate.
