I've received several letters regarding my lawn being over grown and the shrubs to tallTexas has gone thru some of the worst rain it has seen in centuries including the Cypress Texas area that took the brunt of the floodingMy front yard and most of my back yard have been a swamp until recently since the rain has subsidedI had talked to my neighbors and they have been getting theses letters toI'm more upset that I tried to contact some one up the chain at the phone number and got "disconnected"I would also like for *** to take into consideration the weather conditions and the fact we were under a state of national disaster before they send out so many harassing letters to "take further action" when my yard and several of my neighbors yards are heavily saturated
Terrible customer serviceUnbelievable reallyThey handle the billing for the trash in our areaTrash collectors missed the pickups several timesInframark customer service rep solution was for me to leave it out again so they can come pick it up the next dayProblem is we live in in h o a and that is prohibitedPaula then had the audacity to claim that we didn't live in an HOA, that I was lying, and that because they were willing to pick up the trash the next day (not the scheduled day) that I was getting what I paid for
