I spoke with [redacted] on Thursday and believe the issue has been resolved I replied to yesterdays message I have attached the work order for [redacted] We have had a conversation where I hope [redacted] feels free to call me with any of her concerns Prior to yesterday I had not spoken to the [redacted] Upon receiving the Revdex.com notice regarding their issues, I was then aware of their problem I did not have their records at my location and had to wait to receive them before I could move forward

I will be glad to answer this complaint.I have never spoken to this couple From what I understand they have contacted the store that went out of business I will be glad to work with them to resolve their issues I will contact them on Monday and find a way to resolve the issue They are more than welcome to call or email me at any time.I will respond again after I have resolved this issue
