Nov 20, Coldwater Mountain picked up my items for auction As of Jan 22, they have not paid any commission on items sold Nov 20, Coldwater Creek picked up my items for auction To date they have not paid any commission on items sold They have not willingly communicated with me regarding possession or sale of items Anytime I contacted them they provided some excuse indicating their business was moving or that it was slow Most times there were no responses to my inquiries I feel robbed

Dear Revdex.com:I am responding to a letter received on October 13, regarding ID# [redacted] (10/12/2017).I have reviewed the encounter involved, and do see that there is a refund dueIt is our policy that ifthere is no Insurance to bill we collect the balance due on the date of serviceIn this case the patientpaid for her service in full and later called with Insurance information, due to the fact that theInsurance was not verified beforehand and benefits were not guaranteed we advised the patient thatwe would bill her Insurance and send any overpayment once they processed the claim.On May 9th the patient called to ask about her refund, at that time the claim was reviewed and basedon the findings, only part of the claim processed so a call was placed to the Payer to review andrequest reprocessing Call Ref #: [redacted] On August 24th the patient called again looking forher refund; we advised that a Refund Request had been mailed to her on August 23rd, complete theform and mail it back for processingAs of Sept there still was no word back from the payer onthe reprocessing of the request of the claim, so another call was placed, and a resolution wasreceived, the claim was adjusted and the patient now had a true credit for the Balance paidAnotherletter was mailed to the patient stating that she had a Refund Due in the amount she had originallypaid(To date, we still have not received either of the requests back) These letters are sent to verifythat the patient is still at the address on file and to see how the patient wants the refund processed.Based on the information at hand a refund was issued to the Credit Card it was paid with, as werefund the same method as paidThe patient called again today October 18, and we advisedthat the payment was sent back to her Credit Card, she proceeded to then tell us that her card wascompromised, so she was requesting a checkWe advised that we would have to wait for a chargeback and once that was received we could then process a paper check, which can take up to weeks.(A Rush will be requested once the charge back has been received, and that will usually take a week)Sincerely Leah B Billing Manager

Coldwater Mountain Auctions has failed to provide any results for the estate belongings that were picked up to be sold On December 2, we signed a contract with [redacted] of Coldwater Mountain Auctions to collect jewelry, furniture, clothes, appliances and other belongings from my mother's estateAfter several months of excuses they finally showed up to collect the items to be sold Since that time we have received no moneyWhen I have emailed or called them I will occasionally receive a call in return from [redacted] stating some reason the items haven't been sold and a promise they will be soonIt has been almost a year and a half and we have nothing but excuses and broken promises

*** *** of Coldwater Mountain Auction and Liquidations received approx$on around 6/25/17, did not deliver the product & refuses to refund
*** *** received $in wired funds for the purchase of fiber optic cable that was to be drop-shipped to our customer After weeks of excuses ("forklift damaged cable, "truck ran over the cable," "the supplier had to reorder and the cable is in production," etc, etc., she finally couldn't deliver the cableShe has been promising for weeks to refund the money, "I promise next week because a customer will be ordering, then I can pay you back." Now she is not answering her phone or my text messages My assistant left a message with *** ***, the auctioneer at this company, in hopes of getting a reasonable person to tell *** to issue a refund, but he didn't even have the courtesy to return the call After weeks of lies and promises from *** ***, I am out $
We placed four orders with this company and all four orders were

and we hope we have resolved the situation with herIn response to the complaint, our records Indicate that patient called and left a message with our call center on 9/10/The call center sends messages electronically through our schedule.Message was received and left for provider for 9/11/Provider returned patients call on 9/11/and left a voice message to return callNo call from patient was returnedWe-did not have.a provider on Saturday, 9/12/so message was not followed up on until Monday, 9/14/Provider called patient and was successful in reaching patient and resolving patients concernsWe were glad that this situation was handled, unfortunately not as fast as we would have hopedIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Company took merchandise to auction off and I never received money for items
I signed a contract in May with Coldwater Mountain Auction (*** *** to auction merchandise for meI made a detailed list of the antiques and other items taken by he and his wife (***) I counted us what I had paid for these items and I allowed for the market change and auction percentage charges I figured I should receive at least $for my partI only received around $total and the last conversation I had with *** *** was that they had not had time to auction off my inventoryEvery week they gave me an excuse as to why they were not openI was told that they still had the stuff I sent but it has been over year and I cannot get in touch with them I am a senior widow and need my money
