I purchased a bulk order from PlanPacks.com on 2/15/and after numerous calls (of which were never answered) and multiple emails through the website and my company email account, it is now over a month later and I still have neither received a response NOR received my order I would NEVER do business with these people again I plan on disputing the charge on my credit card as well

Ordered some items from Planpack on 5/13/2016. They had supposedly bought out a distributor that I used to buy from. I got a confirmation on their website that the order had been placed. It is now 6/24/2016 and we still have not received our order and it appears that our credit card has been charged. There's a built in FedEx charge, yet I was never emailed a confirmation with a tracking #.
I've emailed countless times through my office email, as well as the Planpack site, and have had no response. There is an email listed on the website for [email protected], which doesn't exist. Every time a message has been sent to that account a Delivery Error occurs.
Every time I've called into the phone # listed on their site, there is no answer, and a message states that the mailbox is full. I called in today, 6/24/2016, and was finally able to leave a voicemail, but I highly doubt that I will get a response.
Does this company actually exist? I don't see any reviews stating that they've actually dealt with someone. We are currently disputing our credit card charges.

Ordered some blueprint mailers months ago and have called, faxed, emailed about 20 times trying to get some response about our order. Only successfully had the phone answered once, and were told that someone would get back to us. Right. Since then, it's like not a single human being works for the company. We have no idea if we will be charged, if the items (that I can't find any other supplier for) will be shipped, etc. To our knowledge, there is no other place to get this product.

Never received order after credit card was charged. Phone was disconnected. Finally received an email response from customer service saying they would handle the matter and get back to me, never heard a word. Had to dispute charge with bank. Terrible service!!!

Placed an order for blueprint bags in May it is now July, still have not received order. Can not get in contact with anyone, have tried multiple times per week. Payment was taken almost immediately. No information on company, no employees.

I ordered from planpacks on June 10th, 2015 and it is now August 25th,2015 and still have not received my shipment. I have sent several emails and phone calls to his company without any response. We are disputing this charge on our company credit card and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Why would it take over 2 months to receive a product, and why wouldn't anyone respond to any of the emails or phone calls?
