After over nine months of letting Plant It Earth care for our lawn, they have totally destroyed our grass Month after month spraying to kill weeks and instead ruining the sod The sod is yellow and dying and they are telling us that this was weeds, no I am afraid they are incorrect There has been no contact to resolve this issue, we had to call the Plant City Office repeatedly to get some one out here and even then is was at their convienence not ours that someone came and said yes there is a problem with no solution Repeatly they were told that they were not killing weed they were killing the grass and guess what they did not do anything about it Worst company we have ever dealt with

I hired plant it earth to maintain my lawn making a huge mistake not check the online reviews . I got brand new lawn just put on and they burn all them. I did call and Talk to Jack and let him know what's going on and to cancel my service ,he say is no a problem.,Month later I call again because they show again on my property .Well now they say the service never was cancel and I got balance of $100.00 .They just call me liar pretty much !this company is the worse and their employees are liars and rude .My yard was recently resodded in april 2016 and now it is 45 percent brown with a fungus growing and burn. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUYS!!!
Frustrated with Plant It Earth!! After two different calls to request the refund of being charged DOUBLE FOUR MONTHS - I called to ask again - and I WAS RUDELY HUNG UP ON!!!!
She said the notes she had apparently said that I asked for the refund to be used for future visits, and I clearly requested the refund. He even called me back once to ask me again if I wanted it refunded. Their service was ok, and I wasn't planning on canceling service, but after this I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
I looked online to send an email to the corporate office because I was so offended by being hung up on, but no emails are posted anywhe
